Only one cook so service was slow. Good was good as were the staff but sone things have changed. Black Forest milk shake which I used to love no longer has black cherries or the advertised compote just strawberry and chocolate ice cream and less than before. The amazing hot sauce now absent from the condiments. Apple cobbler gone from the menu. Seems to be a lot of rationalisation.

We both had a breakfast here and it was really good. It took a long time to arrive though. The tea was nice and the waitress who served us was nice too. EDIT: called again today. The bacon was a undercooked for my liking and the breakfast wasn't as hot as it could have been. Still good though. The staff were excellent and we'd have left a tip but didn't have even a penny in cash on us.

Not the same as it use to be.
Very disappointed.
We have use it many times on our trips to Wales,not any more.

You have redeemed yourself for us this year. We've never had a problem with the food but I highly commend you on the signage and the staff asking if you've put your reg number in the machine now after the 2 fines we had last year when we weren't aware there was a nachine that you had to put your car reg in

Excellent food in a timely fashion. Slightly pricey for what it is, but that’s to be expected on the motorway. Good tasty meal.

Avoid OK Diner Services Northop, car park is run by thieves and charlatans
The road sign on the approach should read ‘visit these services at your peril - severe and outrageous parking fines in place’. I stopped for 10 minutes and ended up paying a £153 fine. The letter arrived on my doorstep five weeks after the alleged infraction, outside of the 28-day appeal period and I immediately found myself in the hands of a debt recovery agency. I had viewed the menu, decided not to buy anything, and then left. Shocking that a service station is allowed to operate in this way.

Stopped for a vehicle swap with work colleague in a large van - was the only suitable place to wait as car park was near empty - didn't see the signs saying ok diner parking only and no mention of fines - 2 x £60 fine. Not OK Diner!

Covid Haven.
Don't promote wearing mask by staff or customers.
Staff wear masks on their chin not even covering mouth and nose
Came in today shocked allowing people in not wearing masks
Not asking them to put mask on
Wouldn't be suprised if this place is full of covid

£170 parking charge on top of an absolutely abomination of service & food!!! Absolutely disgusting! No wonder you fine people for parking because you clearly can’t make any profits from the service & food you offer!
